After some last minute improvements, LTO Region XI soft opened its first Temporary Offsite Printing Office (TOPO) inside Felcris Centrale directly in front of the Regional Office. The TOPO will cater to all the backlog card printing of MDLC and DLRC SM at 120 transactions per day.
