LTO Region XI celebrates the culmination of Women's Month on March 30, 2019 thru the 8th LTOlympics annual event. With the theme, "We make change work for women," this year's LTOlympics weds gender and development and road safety thru creative and strategic activities that celebrate women, gender identity, as well as team spirit.
